Williford happenings

We're still not sleeping through the night, but the more I research, the more I realize that it's ok. It's hard, sure. But John Mills wakes up happy and is hitting all his developmental milestones early. I think God is teaching me patience and endurance, but I need those for the future teenage years, right?!
Avery is still working on potty training, and we are starting to figure it out (again). John Mills' birth really threw her for a loop in that department. But hey, patience and endurance are my new best buddies. Also, acceptance:).

We did have a super play date on Tuesday! 9 kids total in our backyard. 5 infants and 4 toddlers. It was a zoo! Someone was crying the whole time! It alternated from kid to kid! Child care workers, your praises were sung, as I would not be able to do that full time!

Nap time is about over! My time is up! Happy weekend!

John Mills 14 weeks old

He is growing so fast! Here is what he is up to these days:
Cooing and cackling
Smiling when anyone smiles at him
Found his hands
Puts hands in mouth
Rolls from front to back with ease
Loves his swing and play mat
Hates tummy time
Goes to sleep very easily
Sleeps 4-7 hour stretches at night (more 7's would be lovely, JM!)
Naps frequently
Super snuggly!
I just love him!!!!

Uncle E and Aunt/Uncle Cam

Just had to add this one! John Mills is already too big to wear his Unkie E's sailor suit, but I got a pic before he popped the buttons! Maybe his future cousins can wear it! And on the note, somehow I forgot to post that Uncle E is getting married!!!! Welcome to the family officially, Aunt Cam!!!

This week

We have gotten the bouncy excersizer out of the attic for John Mills, gone to the planetarium (awesome!), painted in the backyard, and Avery and I went to the park. Thus far, a most successful week! Yay for early spring weather!
